On-Time Envelope, Printing and
Graphics, The Envelope Specialist and Safety Seed
Packaging was started as a way to "raise the
bar" above the normal level of service and
professionalism one normally finds in the printing,
packaging, paper, direct mail and envelope industries.
All three companies consistently strive to outperform
their competition across the board in the areas of
product knowledge, customer service, quality control,
delivery timeframes and overall client/vendor relations.
The companies were started by four
professionals with a total of over 80 years of
combined experience in all aspects of envelopes,
printing, packaging, direct mail and paper. Each one of
the four is directly responsible for overseeing a key
aspect of running the company: production, operations,
customer service and marketing. All customers have
direct access to the company's owners at any time.
All three companies have experienced steady growth in
sales and the number of clients they service. The
emphasis, however, is and will remain on providing our
clients with a superior business experience every time
they interact with us. The decision was made early-on to
remain small, focused and dedicated to exceeding
customer expectations.
